Track Your Order

Every Velrani order is sent with tracked delivery. Here's how to follow it:

Step 1 — Check your dispatch email

When your order ships, we send a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. (If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.)

Step 2 — Use the tracking link

Click the link in the email to see the latest scan events for your parcel. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update after dispatch.

Step 3 — Need help?

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your parcel appears delayed or lost, email support@velrani.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
