When is my order processed and dispatched?

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email straight away, and a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Current processing and delivery estimates are shown in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Your dispatch email contains a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch. See Track Your Order for details.

Where do you deliver?

We currently focus on delivery to the United Kingdom. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

How do returns and exchanges work?

The full process, timescales, and return address details are in our Refund Policy. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number and we will put it right.

How do I contact support?
